Ross Robinson
Initially from a supply chain & warehouse management background in England, Ross migrated to Australia in 2003.
Ross co-founded Real Institute, the country’s fastest growing Nationally Registered Training Organisation (RTO) , which delivered training to over 10,000 students across multiple areas such as Sales, Service, Leadership, heavily targeting the Freight and Logistics Sector;
After successfully exiting Real in 2014, Ross was then the CEO for a listed ASX business for 2 years before embarking on a series of new business opportunities across the logistics, building, education and hospitality industries.
Ross has chaired the Wymap board for close to 10 years and brings a strong entrepreneurial flair to Wymap Group, he works hand in hand with the business owner & Senior Leadership team to create and execute strategies.
Ross believes company culture is key to the success of business and is totally aligned to the Wymap Group Vision.
Justin Bailey
The Bailey family established Wymap Group in 1981. The growth it has experienced in transport, freight forwarding, 3PL, B2B and aviation cargo logistics has seen the company become a leader in provisions to the aviation sector. Investing in people and customer relationships has been key under Justin’s guidance.
Habib Francis
Habib Francis is a highly accomplished and experienced CEO and Business Partner with a remarkable track record in the Transport and Logistics industry. With over two decades of hands-on experience, Habib has become a prominent figure known for his strategic vision, exceptional leadership, and ability to drive growth and success in the business. Habib is also a Director and Board Member of Road Freight NSW.
Candy Bao
Candy has been providing financial excellence within the transport and freight forwarding industry for many years. Her skills in reporting and analysis including process improvement are an asset to the entire Wymap Group. Candy leads the information and reporting initiatives delivering business intelligence to our customers
Peter Howie
Peter joined the Wymap Group in 1997 in an operation role, moving to senior roles in IT Development, Operations and Systems including Key Account Management. Peter’s experience was instrumental in the creation and continued development of MapTrak. He has developed a structured approach to the daily operations and is highly skilled in the handling of external events that occur on a day-to-day basis.
Tara O'Connell
With vast experience in the corporate sector, on-hire labour and safety consulting, Tara brings her skills of risk management, business culture and productivity efficiencies to Wymap. Her passion is the balance for business operational performance with practical workplace safety, health and compliance. Wymap continues to grow our capability under Tara’s guidance.
Tiffany Craig
With extensive knowledge in the corporate, recruitment and risk management sectors, Tiffany brings a wealth of experience in implementing strategic initiatives, growth strategies and stakeholder engagement plans across multiple markets and industries. Tiffany’s talent lies in managing and nurturing large client portfolios for both private and publicly listed multinationals. As a member of the Commercial Team, Tiffany assumes the pivotal role of leading the Business Development and Marketing functions for Wymap Group.
